Jan Huchteman

As a licensed real estate agent since 1990, I have had an extensive background in the Atlanta real estate industry from both the sales and homeowner association management arenas. I am also a proud Georgia native.

Having lived inside the perimeter of I-285 in the Oak Grove/Briarcliff Area for over 20 years, I am truly your Intown Specialist. My two sons graduated from Oak Grove Elementary and Lakeside High School, a National School of Excellence.

During my property management career, I managed condo/townhome associations for five years. No one is better prepared to discuss the pros and cons of an investment in condo and cluster home communities. With three years in selling new home construction, I am also well prepared to assist you through the process of building a new home. I also specialize in first time buyers, re-lo clients and buyers for the north side suburbs of Atlanta.

I joined Duffy Realty in 2003 to become a member of the first team of Buyer’s Agents for Rhonda Duffy. As a well trained Buyer’s Agent, I also passed my Georgia Broker’s Exam in 2005.
